Location Location! Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom home, located directly across the street from lake beach! Walk across to launch a kayak or enjoy a swim in the lake. This home features a private Hot Tub, wood burning fire pit right next to the Hot Tub, huge game room with pool table, ping pong table, Russian Roulette and craps tables. Our fully stocked kitchen will accommodate 10 guests. Linens, towels, basic necessities, propane, we provide it all to make travel easy for you!

***Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day): We provide 10 pool passes. There will be a $75 fee for any lost/missing passes. The community has a right to close the pools due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances such as lack of lifeguards. We do not have control over that, although if we are aware of any issues, we communicate that to our guests immediately.

Check in/Check out: Please note check in is at 4 PM. Early check ins must be arranged 1-3 days prior to check in. We can only accommodate early check in if the home is vacant and ready, the day of your check in.
Check out is at 11 AM. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to check the availability for late check out.
"Unscheduled" late check outs not only affects us but also the next guest. In the event guests stay past check out without prior permission, there will be a $75 late fee for the first hour and anything after the first hour, guests will be charged the rate of 1 night stay based on the current nightly rate.
