This home is over an acre of land secluded in the Pocono Mountains—only 15 minutes from Shawnee Ski Mountain. There are many lakes, shops, wineries, restaurants, and outdoor activities less than 5 miles away.

Welcome to White Dove Nest! This beautiful loft-like home features an open floor plan with modern touches. The vibe of the house is very light and airy. The entire home was recently renovated and has all brand-new essentials/ appliances. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft, a kitchen, a dining room, a sunroom, and a game room.

***POOL IS CLOSED FOR THE SEASON***

This home can sleep up to 10 people maximum. The driveway fits 6 cars maximum.

** We do provide 1 paper towel (kitchen), basic condiments (salt & pepper), hand soap, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 1 garbage bag per garbage bin (kitchen and bathrooms) pillows, towels, comforters, and sheets.

BEDROOM 1- (main floor- 1 full 1 twin -sleeps 3 people) ceiling fan

BEDROOM 2- (upstairs- *Master* 1 queen- sleeps 2 people) ceiling fan

BEDROOM 3- (upstairs- 2 full 1 twin - sleeps 3 people) ceiling fan

BATHROOM 1- (main floor- full bath with bathtub & shower, toilet and sink)

BATHROOM 2- (upstairs- shower, toilet, and sink)

LIVING ROOM- 2 sofas, smart TV, and wood-burning fireplace (bring your wood) ceiling fan

KITCHEN- open concept with updated refrigerator, stove, and dishwater.

DINING ROOM- open concept connected with kitchen and living room. Has a dining table that sits 6 people

SUNROOM- It features a lounge area with ambient lighting

LOFT- there is a futon for an extra lounge or sleep area.

GARAGE/ GAME ROOM- pool table, AC/heating

BACKYARD/ FRONT YARD- over an acre of secluded land. The backyard features a beautiful large above-ground pool with wrap wrap-around deck. There is a grill and fire pit for entertaining.

POOL- heated- opened starting Memorial Day weekend to September

DRIVEWAY- very large and can fit a maximum of 8 cars.

Smart Lock- code will be given the morning of your check-in date.
Other things to note
**NOTE: MUST AGREE TO COMMON HOUSE RULES PRIOR BOOKING. FINES OR BOOKINGS WILL BE CANCELED NON-FUNDABLE IF NOT FOLLOWED**

- There MUST be 21 or older to book the home.

- A drivers license (photo ID) is required from the main guest who is booking

- There are security cameras outside (front, side, and backyard of the home. Only for security and liability purposes.

- ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD MUSIC near the pool area. NO DJ equipment (moderate music level during the day is fine)

- Keep the gate near the pool CLOSED at all times. (required by the township for safety purposes)

- No smoking anywhere inside or on the property.

- No fireworks

- No pets

- Children in the pool must be attended to at all times. Swim at your own risk.

- Quiet hours are from 9 pm-8 am- Respect the neighbors

- Respect the home as if it were your own.

- Be aware of many wildlife especially bears around the property

- Do not leave any garbage outside whatsoever

- Damages upon arrival and during your stay MUST BE REPORTED.
