"This isn’t our first time here; we love it and our 2 young girls have a blast. The experience is always great. My only feedback is for the hotel to focus on some details that would go a long way in making the place even better! If towels are dirty, please throw them out. It’s the price of business. And table cloths should be washed and new ones put on tables after each meal. Easy fixes that will go a long way in making everyone feel more at ease! "

"This a beautiful property but not easy to find ! The host wasn’t there when we arrived just gave us a code to get in and there was only someone there in the morning to serve breakfast and didn’t speak English. We had their large suite with two large roaches in the room . The next morning there was no one to help with the luggage since this place is in the middle of the madia. All the other places we stayed which were Dar in the madina had someone available 24 hours on the property. I would...

"Terrible - no breakfast (the reception don’t accept to give me breakfast like it was in my reservation) . - no sign in the toilet to say that bathroom was disenfected before i check in. - no WiFi !
