"Our stay was great, it only left something to be desired in some things, when we arrived the bed sheets were disgusting, so we called the reception and they took almost 1 hour to change the bed sheets. So we practically lost 1 hour because we were waiting and the stay was very expensive for wasting 1 hour. But apart from that everything was great, the shower is very good, the view is very beautiful and it is very comfortable."

"Our stay at The Lenox Hotel was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Back Bay, with easy access to the T, fantastic dining, and great shopping. The highlight was our cozy in-room fireplace, which made for an incredibly warm and inviting retreat on a chilly evening. The front desk staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and helpful recommendations. We can’t wait to return!"

"This hotel is very nice. The location can’t be beat. The hotel staff was very nice, some way more so than others. The valet staff was very nice and professional. The hotel is very clean. Beds were quite comfortable. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to the more “modern”hotels. The bathroom was very small. It did have a very nice shower though. "Always love staying at CitizenM. They're always perfectly located in areas where you can walk to your favorite restaurants and close to a train. Very clean and if you need something they're very attentive as well. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends."
