"The location is excellent. Walking distance to amusement parks, mini-golf, food trucks, souvenir shops and bike rentals. Good location for Pony Swim activities. Nice view of the marsh from the pier/dock. Would have been nice if the grasses in front of the unit had been cut. Pool was good. Unit could use a little updating, as well as the pool and the picnic tables on the pier should be replaced; they are falling apart and covered with mold, but other than that, no complaints"
