"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . "The hotel was beautiful. The towels were so fluffy. I know that sounds silly, but I find most hotels in Europe have very thin and rough towels. These were luxurious. The room was nice and WiFi was good. Plug for US razors in the bathroom."

"It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and we liked the balcony. The room was large and furnished very nicely. The only issue that I had was that I was charged 22.50€ city tax when the Expedia receipt showed less than £7. "

"We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards.
