Jewel Box Waterfront Cottage Next To Rosario Resort

Location, Location, Location! Located just steps from the Rosario Marina and uniquely situated adjacent to the grounds of the Rosario Village Resort, the historic Newhall House offers the best of Orcas Island. Enjoy spectacular views of the Sound and world-famous hiking trails/lakes of Moran State Park (you can walk into the park from the house). Cross the street to the historic arched bridge leading to the resort and enjoy the manicured grounds.
The house is a classic Cape Cod style cottage, with high ceilings, windows throughout, a beautiful sunroom, and incredible water views.
Signed rental agreement required prior to check-in.
Pet fee: $100 for first pet, $50 for second pet.

The jewel box cottage is a lovely property, light, bright, spacious, comfortable and sparkling clean. It has all the charm of a historic property which it is and all the comfort of a contemporary property. The owners went out of their way to provide information on activities and their favorite places to dine which made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely setting
Not just the setting but the house was so special. All the furniture was very comfortable which was great since I’m recovering from knee surgery. Clean bedding, comfortable bed and more. We said, “good bye house “ 3 times when driving off. :) !
