Modern Home with Stunning Water View

This delightful home located in Eastsound on Orcas Island is modern, clean, and full of light. It features main floor living with the primary bedroom (king-size bed) and bath on the same floor as the living, dining, and kitchen. On the lower floor you'll find a TV room, with sleeper sofa, second bedroom with two twin beds a comfy window seat, and full bath. The separation from the main floor to the lower level is very accommodating for people who want a little privacy from other guests or just some quiet time to themselves.

Nightly rates are based on two people. It's $20/night for each additional guest over two.

Pet fee is $65

We booked The Lookout last minute for our Spring Break get away. Couldn't have been a better stay. Lovely property, quiet and tucked away but very close to the shops and restaurants in Eastsound. Would love to visit again during the summer months!

Amazing Stay
What a Lovely property this was! I came with my husband and my parents who are visiting from the East Coast and the location was absolutely perfect. Very close to downtown, incredibly clean, and the views were breathtaking! We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony every morning. Five stars! We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It’s close enough to Eastsound so you can walk into town which was nice. It was very clean and well kept. The host was great at communicating with any of our needs as well. Our 6 year also really enjoyed the games and puzzles that were available! We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Orcas!

This may be the best VRBO experience we have ever had! Upon arrival, the view from the floor to ceiling windows was spectacular! Everything was as advertised and more, and we wanted for nothing. Really happy with the house and the views out across the water were fantastic. House is laid out in a way that it would be great for a family or a pair of couples as you have your own spaces when needed. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were really comfortable.
