"The property was very nice and accommodating, a short walk to lifts and The Village. The TV in master would not work which was disappointing, but OK. The VRBO listing showed that this property had a washer and dryer, so we all only brought 2 changes of clothes. I washed a load of towels and a load of clothes, but dryer would not dry them, so I contacted management company and they knew dryer did not work and needed replacement. They volunteered to come get what we washed and dry it, which they did. I thought we would get a dryer, so waited another day, but they only said they were working on it. By the next day, we had a lot of dirty clothes and no more changes (9 people). So I contacted management and they offered to wash/dry all, which they did. I did not want to ask them for this service again, so we carried our dirty clothes home. The fact that this issue was known and not resolved before our stay is the reason I gave 4 stars. I would not have rented had I known this beforehand! I do want to say that the management company did a great job. Property could use a better large skillet as the one in unit sticks badly. The mattresses need replacing as not very comfortable."
