Staff excellent hotel very clean we did not have tea making facilities no information about anything. Going out at night felt a bit unsafe.

Our family had a wonderful stay at MO, we stayed two nights and were sad to leave. Our room was amazing, the staff could not have been more kind, esp Aaron, and we felt well taken care of. The hotel is elegant without being pretentious. We will return. Munich is a lovely city!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with numerous beer halls, restaurants and the amazing Viktualienmarkt a short walk away. Very convenient to the Marienplatz train station. They had redone the lobby area since we were there last year with a new cafe and bar with pastries and fun drinks.

Very upscale property. Staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is above expectations. Phenomenal experience!

What I liked was the great conversations had at the main floor bar. We enjoyed interacting with the cheerful desk staff. The bed was firm & restful. The room was entirely too small. The bathroom was tiny for a hefty guy like me. I had difficulty getting in and out of the shower as the doors slid away from the corner. I had to turn just so to clear the doors while holding the plumbing to lower myself safely to the floor. I had no elbow room on the toilet--not much difference from an airliner.
