Perfect for families – the home has just undergone a stylish and contemporary renovation – the brand new kitchen and furnishings throughout make inside just as impressive as outside.

The kids will enjoy the ultra-cool kids bunk room, also doubling as a retreat with their own TV. Outside the kids will love the football goal set up, as well as the trampoline and an abundance of space.

This home is also a haven throughout Winter, with an outdoor firepit and wood heater, inviting you to curl up and relax with a good book. (BYO wood)

The recently established 'Manshed' will provide hours of entertainment for everyone - there's a beginner-friendly half pipe for the keen skateboarder, basketball arcade game, dart board AND pool table for the whole family to enjoy.

The bar area is perfect for watching the footy or cricket, and during the colder months, we know the fire area will be popular on those chilly nights.

Property that has it all!!
The property was a perfect fit for our 4 days stay! Highlight was the "mancave" which was great to relax, watch the footy by the fire and have and game of pool and darts... Great access to the mighty Murray River was also ideal for a fish anytime of the day. Great place and will be planning to come back in the future! cheers,

Awesome Place to stay .
Absolutely Great place to stay , right on the river with private pontoon which was great for fishing ( even got a good size Cod and lost a few ) . Attention to detail is paramount to this property in making sure stayers have even single item needed. Great touch with the free range chickens running around that the children enjoyed feeding small pieces of bread . If this property is available and you are coming to Echuca come here you won’t be disappointed . Wayne and Elizabeth
