"When you book a low cost room in a country town there are few expectations, however from the first moment the experience was first class. The staff were friendly and down to earth, and the check-in was an absolute breeze. The room was clean, the bathroom spotless (great water pressure and HOT shower) and the bed was comfortable. As the staff/owners move about the was always a smile for guests and an acknowledgment from them and all the way through to check-out the whole experience was well above my expectations. The property is right on the exit from the bypass at the south end (watch the entry, it is a little tricky). - supermarket and other shops are less than 2 minutes drive. Making it very convenient. If you are visiting Scone and intend to stay overnight or longer, this IS the place to stay. Thanks so much, I’ll be back soon :) , "

"The negatives: The floors were dirty, our feet were basically black when walking around. Underneath the beds had rubbish and items leftover from previous guests. The lock on the front screen door wouldn’t work. The microwave didn’t work either. The positives: beds was very comfy. Heaps of blankets, plenty of towels. The fridge and kitchen was very spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and provided us with some dishwashing liquid and dishwashing tablets as requested. And when we asked for a later check out, the staff was very helpful in allowing us to stay an extra hour till 12. Overall I would definitely stay here again. It was very close to coles and a service station. "
