Amenities include 4 big screen smart TVs - one in the living room and one in each of the three bedrooms, free wifi, 1 balcony deck, 1 patio, 1 gas fireplace, a mounted fireplace in two bedrooms, two desk working spaces, books, board and family games, and ski storage locker.

Community amenities (within a few minutes walk) include an outdoor pool (summer months), hot tub (year-round), game room, exercise room, frisbee golf, sand volleyball court, local trails, and family BBQ areas.

Sleeping areas include 1 cal king bed, 1 queen bed, a queen hide-a-bed for 2, 1 twin xl bunk bed, and 1 twin bunk bed - all new mattresses.

This 2-level unit condo enters from the main floor. The ski storage locker is available in the hallway and locked with a key. Multiple free parking spots are directly in front of the condo. Trailer parking is located in the cul-de-sac at the bottom of Fox Run Drive.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, two ovens, a microwave, a fridge, a cooktop, filtered water in the fridge and sink, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker and cups, and toaster. Available spices and baking basics vary.

Bedlinen, blankets, pillows, and towels are all included.

A washer and dryer are conveniently located within the unit and laundry detergent, dryer sheets, an ironing board, and an iron are provided.

Our housekeeping team is fantastic and maintains a spotless condo.
