"Our group of 10 from the U.S all stayed there. We hosted a memorial luncheon for my sister with 40 guests attending. I had been arranging it for the last few months with various staff members via email from the the U.S. All were helpful, accommodating and prompt in replying to all questions and arrangements. ..."
