"Be careful if booking only through Expedia. Booked twice within a week since I was on a roadtrip. The first time the guy at the desk checked me in without any issues. The second time I booked the exact same way I did the first time and he wanted to charge me an additional $99 for “early check in” which is crazy because I wasn’t told about this last time. I was then told I can pay walk in price and to contact Expedia for refund. I contacted them and they started the refund process, I was traveling with my husband and my 8 month old baby. It was around 3am, we paid the walk in price because we were too tired to keep driving. He never mentioned that I had to CANCEL the booking and that the property itself would have to issue said refund. Now here I am, still fighting with the property for my refund. Do not recommend. They will give you a run for your money for semi outdated rooms that all have weird smell and stained bathrooms"

"Area is a bit run down. Hotel was clean. We are in town for a big event so everything was booked and our room price was obscenely high for what we got. We were definitely taken advantage of…should have had correct time in Rome’s, TV plugged in, adequate towels (room was booked for 4 so have towels for that many). "

"The property was nice. The main house was nearby but we still felt we had privacy. The location was good. Not a busy area. Bedrooms were in the back which is nice if not everyone goes to bed at the same time. It suited our needs. Cute place."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was as described. We enjoyed playing pool and some board games. Only downside is there are no apps on the tv in the front bedroom. But that’s really a big deal. We would stay here again. "
