Shandoah River Cabin
A cozy cabin with riverfront view good for fishing, camp fire, and a cozy hammock for relaxation. Setup for year round use with a gas fire place for winter heat and, of course A/C's for summer comfort. Large sliding glass doors facing the river bring in cool breezes.
Sitting on the historical Shenandoah River in, also historical, Shenandoah County there is so much to see and explore with many caverns, wineries and breweries. For Civil War buffs, there is the New Market Battleground nearby. Ghost tours tours there and in the Crystal Cavern in Strasburg are popular attractions.

Nice experience
If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. It is a very cozy cabin, perfect for 4 or 5 people. You can listen to the birds singing, how the river water flows and even go inside. You can also sit by the river and just enjoy. We even saw an eagle! Go prepared because if you want to have fun, you can bring your games and play in the big yard next to the house. It is for this and many other things that I really recommend this place. Many thanks for this unique experience!

Everything was as advertised or better. River views right from the deck. Great location for our hiking trip in GW forest. Would definitely stay here again.
