Our apartment is at the ground floor of a modern building in a quiet residential area.
It has been recently fully refurbished in 2020 to high standard and equiped with quality furniture.
The area is Haymarket, you will be very close to historical West End of the city and just 20 minutes by walk to the Edinburgh Castle.
There are many shops, cafes and restaurants within short walking distance. You will love that is quiet, comfortable and close to every tourist attraction in the city.

Modern apartment on the ground floor with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds, spacious and bright living room.

Overall a good stay with some minor annoyances.
The location is great! Easy walk to airport bus, train, tram and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. Cons: We a hard time finding the place (gps took us to the middle of a parking lot a half a block away.) We really struggled with the door to the building entrance every time. Also, we weren’t told about the bathroom sinks not draining properly until after we booked. Instructions about getting the hot water to work in the main hall shower would be helpful.

Rules, rules, rules
The property was very clean and bright. There were some shortcomings however. The toilets in both bathrooms ran constantly. The sink in the hallway bathroom was, as described, VERY slow to drain making it almost unusable. There were no paper towels, no coffee maker other than a hot water maker. Good for tea but not for coffee. No placemats for the dining table. The rules for coming and going seemed excessive.

Location was good. Definitely an Uber ride. Flat was very spacious for 4 people. 2 bathrooms were great. Overall everything was as advertised. Would definitely recommend this place

The property is in a good location for cafe's and restaurants and only a short drive to the city centre. Once checkin info came it was detailed good communication. Shower was hot then cold the first night but much better the next night.. Overall it's a good value enjoyable place to stay.
