My beautiful property has a private entrance and a private garden, within a central location of the city. Within a ten minute walk, you can access Edinburgh's most famous attractions such as Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, and the New Town!

A spacious and luxurious flat with three bedrooms, equipped kitchen, and well decorated throughout.

In the spacious living room there is a comfy sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and smart TV so you can enjoy a cosy evening after a long day exploring the town. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy homemade meals with your loved ones!

The kitchen is located next to the living room to socialise with the keen cooks. It is nicely equipped and has the advantage of a fridge freezer, hob, and oven.

The first bedroom has a comfy double bed, the second bedroom has a large king bed and the last bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also plenty of storage in each bedroom, so you can store all of your personal belongings and luggage without losing too much space!

There are 2 bathrooms and they both contain a walk in shower. One of the bathroom is ensuite which is perfect for some privacy and a relaxing time! There is also a toilet and sink and we provide fresh towels, and consumables!

Last but not least, there is a private garden where you can enjoy some peaceful time.

* Property is managed by a Professional Co-Host
* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. Get in contact with us asap and we'll get you back in the property as quickly as we can.
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
* Travel cot available on request (additional fees), Please note that bedding is not included

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
