We stayed here for one night as we were stopping in Edinburgh on our way up to the highlands.
The room was excellent and to a very high standard.
Breakfast was fantastic and freshly made at a time of our choice, which was a unique but pleasant touch.
Thank you for a great start to our holiday.
We would definitely return if the opportunity arises
Absolutely wonderful, room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was spot on, fresh fruit salad, full English for my husband and freshly made pancakes with maple syrup for me, tea/coffee toast, cereal etc. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly it was pet friendly. Will definitely be returning.
Absolutely loved our 4 night stay here, wish we had longer. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. The breakfasts were phenomenal, now I'm addicted to haggis!
Ailsa was a great host. Book it, you won't regret it.
Beautiful place, lots of animals to love on, great breakfast, very kind staff. Only struggle was not having a car but they helped us figure out the cabs and buses and it was wonderful from there.
We were definitely happy that this was our first stop after our flight in from Canada. It allowed us time to recuperated in a very relaxing setting. The property is a bit out of the way from the town so there are no shopping centre or dining establishments without a short drive. The animals at the farm are lovely. There are some lovely walks down some low traffic road to a nice little creek. There were friendly goats and chickens and a lot of beautiful Clydesdale horses. The bathroom and sleeping areas were spacious and the other guests were quiet and respectful fellow travelers.
great Location. Big car park adjacent rooms. Great breakfast made to your order the night before. Access to kitchen and iron. Free to walk in the grounds and see the farm animals and the Clydesdale horses. Staff are very helpful and extremely nice. Beds are very comfortable .Our room had a great view of the sun rising through the trees wonderful sight. Missing you already.
The owner was very friendly nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and comfortable and very big. High standards and quality. Breakfast was really good. Would highly recommend.

Lovely room and a great breakfast prepared by welcoming owners with farm fresh produce.
Booked last minute as we were guests at a wedding at the neighboring Newhall Estate. Super convenient and ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. Lovely big room and greeted by three beautiful boxer dogs that have the run of the grounds. Would definitely stay again!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful the breakfast was incredible every morning all the animals on the farm and just the quietness of the countryside.
We arrived at around 8pm & our key was easily accessible! We stopped for a few nights as it was very convenient for driving into Edinburgh & the little un loves horses! Our room was very large with coffees & a good 40" TV. Breakfast was 2 courses & absolutely massive! Staff were very pleasant & happy to let us view the farm animals! If we're ever trekking by Edinburgh again this is where we'll be stopping!
Friendly and welcoming family-run B&B. Amazing animal interactions. We suggest doing the Clydesdale Experience. Close to Edinborough so stay a few days and see the area. We would definitely stay here again.
