Don’t be put off by the outside appearance of the property that looks more like a sporting stadium than a hotel The hotel was new and very - very nice Staff were very friendly The meals were exceptional - in our 3 1/2 months of travel we have not experienced such quality - we ate both breakfast and dinner at the hotel for 3 days and every meal was exceptional Very close to bus route which meant we didn’t have to take our car into the city and try to find a park or take out a loan for parking fees Very highly recommended

First of all, eveybody was super nice! We loved our stay here. The room was clean. They had tea, coffee and hot cholocate and crisps inside the room to enjoy! We never hesitate to ask the front desk because they are so accommodating and wonderful.

Super spacious, very detail oriented from furniture choice to their location, you can tell the effort they put in to provide to best accommodation experience. Friendly reception and staff. Only thing is the mattress is on the softer side, but if you’re comfortable with soft mattresses, then this is the hotel for you.

The Staff are super friendly and helpful. Clara at breakfast was amazing. Coffee and tea available in the lounge 24 hrs. The drawback was parking. Had to pay 15 pounds a day. Buses to the city are very convienent. I would go back and stay there.

Fantastic place especially if you love soccer. Rooms and shower are nice clean and spacious. Some complimentary treats. Beds are terrific!! Parking is not easy, but possible to get free overnight.

I was initially sceptical about the unusually high ratings from previous hotel guests, and genuinely thought they were bot generated, but nonetheless decided to go for it out of curiosity, with a backup plan line up just in case! This hotel exceeded all my expectations, which although were pretty low to begin with due to concerns around the accuracy of the too many good reviews. The check-in was flawless, the staff were very welcoming and the rooms were furnished to a very high standard and super clean. Breakfast was plentiful and sufficient, and the chef and staff at the restaurant all friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended and will definitely consider staying here again. PS: Don't let the "look" of the surrounding area put you off, the inside of the hotel is genuinely nice and you will not regret it - Just take note, the Rosebud rooms do not have a window, so if you want natural light, you should consider other rooms if available.

Exceptional service here. Quite literally one of the best customer experiences ever. Front desk allowed us to check in early, and when we had a small problem with our initial room, Katie was so quick to respond and help us. Incredibly grateful. As someone who works in customer service / service industry, I was blown away by the hospitality of the employees working during our stay here. Incredible.
