Positives are the staff are nice, the gym/pool is great (although not exclusive to guests) and breakfast was good too. Negatives are location and it is noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper then noise from other rooms will wake you. The temperature in the rooms also was a bit difficult to manage. Overall, a positive experience with a nice bar/grill for dining, but a bit more soundproofing would have been welcome!

I can say that this was the worst hotel I have ever been to.I spent a difficult night with my children in the cold because the air conditioner wasn't working.The room was dirty.I don't suggest it.sincerely disappointed . Superb boutique-to-midsize hotel. Had a gym, pool, Starbucks, gastro pub, room service, luggage hold, big lobby/waiting area, and professional staff. Rooms were spotless and bed was extremely comfortable. A high-value yet affordable stay about 2-3miles from the city centre. Highly recommend.

Booked a twin room the beds were a larger size than a single and very comfy. The gym and pool facilities were fantastic as well as being able to drop off our bags of early and get changed before we could access our room. The staff were so helpful and friendly and there was lots to choose from at breakfast. Will book here again when we come back.
