"Arrival was great. Found where to check in and went to the villa. Not sure what to expect and found that the room was terrific. It was a two bed two bath unit and it looked freshly made over. The kitchen was sparkling clean. The deck out back was screened in to keep the pests at bay. There were tennis courts out back but they were only busy for a couple of hours in the morning. Had a very relaxing stay and instead of heading to Charleston as planned we changed it up and relaxed on the island and...

"We have been coming to Kiawah for 20+ years. What a treat to be able to stay in this home. It sits right on the beach with it's own boardwalk, most house of this quality and size are not available to rent. You can tell this is a family home that has been well loved. and boy is this beauty is well built!!! We road out a tropical storm and the house barely budged!! "I loved my stay. It is an older beach house just like from my childhood but with the modern convenience of dishwasher, laundry and a/c. Absolutely loved it. Sitting on the porch is the best. You’re almost level with the beach. The owners had a beach toy box full of fun toys even adults can enjoy. We rented bikes , eas , they deliver to the house . So much fun. "

"This is a terrific property! It was beautifully maintained inside and out. The property is very quiet and secluded by natural brush. We found the accommodations excellent and well stocked upon our arrival. The only issues to note were a problem with the hot tub that was out of commission for 48 hours but quickly fixed on a Monday morning. Weird no-vendor rules on the island on a Sunday. The management team was very responsive to our service call sending local folks out to repair the issue, but...
