We had a room facing the pool and it was noisy at night until the pool closed at 10pm. I am glad we brought a sound machine for our kids. Unfortunately the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. It was almost like the beds were bending in half and we were reclined. My husband and I are average size. There were unhoused people in the lobby each morning of our stay. When my husband went to get something from our car in the evening, there were unhoused people around our car.

My family had a great experience during our stay at the hotel. Meghan, the office manager was incredibly accommodating and allowed us a late check-out, which was a huge help since my husband needed extra time to rest before driving. Their understanding and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay much more comfortable. Highly recommend!

The pool and hot tub was nice however the hotel does struggle with cleanliness. Our room had several stains on the carpet and some very suspicious looking ones on the curtains… sheets had small stains but other than that the room was fine. Little smaller then appears as advertised

Just average there was nothing special about it. The AC is super loud. The hotel is a bit confusing to navigate inside. They do have two restaurants inside and the steakhouse the staff were really nice food was good as well. The place was clean, the pool was always full but this just could of been because of the long weekend. Hotel cleaning staff were very helpful.
