"To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. "The property distance from address given in advert. 51 LB road is 42k away! Had so many lies told me at this property it was unreal, i hadn't paid and had to pay again. They have 2 hotels both exactly the same at 2 locations that's why photos are the same.
