Beautiful property conveniently located to all the museums, shopping and restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly. Garden suite was spacious, quiet and private. We stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and was not disappointed 10 years later.

Historic hotel that was very unique. I was upgraded to a suite, which was amazingly big and beautiful. The bed itself was extremely comfortable and I found the room very quiet. Restaurant on premises offered a varied menu. Food was excellent and service was spectacular. Check-in staff were extremely accommodating, I got assistance up to my room along with a little tour. Check-out was not as accommodating. I checked out at 6:30am so the 2 staff tucked away in the office could have been tired, but neither offered to help me get my very large checked bag and 2 carry ons down to the street. Which leads me to the last comment, there are a number of stairs to the main entrance so if you arrive with large, heavy bags be prepared for a workout 😉.
