"Can't praise the staff enough, helpful, friendly, accomodating, and the room was lovely. We both had the full English breakfast which was superbly cooked and high quality, and check in was easy and convenient. "We love this place. Have been there 3 times with our dogs. Walking them is so easy there is a large green area just outside or a walkway around the estate, just what you need early morning and bedtime. The staff are great they are professional courteous and friendly. Emma the manageress is a joy and works really hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. The chef also needs a shout also, the meals are top class. "

Hot shower was also good with its downpour in a jungle type fittings. Room2, right by the stairs but not at all noisy.
