"All in all I loved being there. The property, two buildings put together, is a bit problematic. At one point both elevators were down, one of them for the duration of the stay. A couple of other building issues arose but were quickly resolved by the staff. The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly. Deena at the front desk was terrific. The Inn’s proximity to the necropolis is far and away the best part. The view was the terrace could not be beat. You might treat yourself to a Junior Suite where you wake up with the pyramids literally at your feet. The view made everything all right again. "

"The resort is spacious and beautiful. The snorkeling experience was absolutely stunning—there’s even a large drop-off with plenty of fish. Although the coral is dead, it’s still quite beautiful. The service was exceptional and left a lasting impression."

"I had a one night stop over in Cairo, and this hotel was a lovely place to stay. The breakfast and lunch buffets were wonderful, served at a pool-side cafe. The staff were extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. If you book and day tours of the pyramids, I would recommend going through Viator and not using the tour company situated in the hotel. "
