"I have been to so many places around the world but the hospitality of this place is by far one of the best. When I checked in, they said, this place is like your home, just let us know what you need. They really did mean it. No matter whatever I requested, they really took care of it. They really are focused on making your stay as comfortable as possible. It is very difficult to get alcohol!c drinks in Egypt, they made it possible. My checkout was early but the flight was late, they gave me a room for the whole day. I left my luggage with them for my trip to Luxor and they made sure that I got it at the airport 2 days later. I would go to this place whenever I am in Egypt again. The location of the property is just excellent, you literally don't have to move an inch to see the light show or the great pyramids and the Sphinx. Thank you Mr. Samy, your staff and you made my stay memorable."

"I cannot believe that for this price we got the location, service, breakfast, view that we did! Staff are all great, the room was huge. The location was barely 60 seconds walk to the entrance to the complex. Breakfast was a feast!!!! Wifi worked great. Waking up and sitting on the balcony with that view... wow!! Ok its a little rough around the edges but if you want to pay triple the price for a pristine room and a worse view than what you get here then I cant help you."

"This place is absolutely stunning..i originally booked for two nights intending to move elsewhere but everything about the resort is unbelievable so I have booked 3 more nights and may stay even longer and for go my plans to visit Luxor..the whole place is exceptionally clean and tidy ..the staff are amazing and the food is tasty beyond belief..There is the usual buffet offering which is amazingly varied and of exceptional quality and there is the option to reserve a dinner spot at one of 5 different themed restaurants..offering 3 to 5 course meals of very high standard.The rooms are impeccably clean spacious and comfortable and you get free wifi with no connection issues ,anywhere on the premises..all the staff are lovely and obviously enjoy working here."
