"This was a last minute reservation and the hotel was very accomodating. We ordered a triple room and they offered us a double and single for same price. Quite a walk from the Christmas market; but, we had been walking all day, so it wasnt an issue. The train station was across the street so that would be very convenient for some. I loved our balcony!"

"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. Decor in room was nothing special, but overall, the hotel was good value for the money."

"A really great hotel with a sincerely welcoming staff. Off season is great! Less crowds, just as many restaurants and such. We loved this hotel. Bed comfortable, linens lovely. Bathroom upgraded and adequate closet. Nice extras, great staff. It is conveniently located to walk the historic district, little Venice and fishmonger’s lane, etc. breakfast was a special treat and worth the extra charge. "We arrived and easily found parking on the street and nearby area with a little patience for Christmas market traffic. The staff were wonderful and we were greeted with warm smiles and eagerness to please. They shared a map of the area and were happy to help with suggestions. The breakfast options were awesome and they offered mulled wine in the afternoons during the time we were there. Wait staff in the breakfast area was great! We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade on our arrival....
