"It's a beautiful place and the rooms are well-decorated. When I arrived around 3pm there was no one at the reception desk, so I used to phone on the counter to call as instructed by a sign. Someone from the restaurant checked me in. Every time I went in and out of the hotel there was never anyone at the reception desk (even though the description reads reception is open from 7am-10pm).
