Very nice hotel, luxurious, new, great looking modern place and great breakfast.
Pool areas looked great but it was too cold to test unfortunately. Rooftop bar looked really nice too.
Room seemed to be on a childs sprint track even after 9pm. Avoid these ground floor rooms if you can, between the old and new buildings. 018

Great accommodation in the city center. It's really close to many tourist spots, which are within walking distance. It's an excellent place to stay, relax and enjoy Alicante! Highly recommended!

Although the staff was responsive and helpful and the flat was new, there were too many problems to recommend this apartahotel. The biggest problem and one that cannot be changed by the owner is the NOISE from the Punk Rock Bar across the street. They are open until 3:00 am and it is LOUD. There were other problems with the flat. There was a bad sewer-like odor in the flat and in the building. The kitchen was not equipped for cooking. It lacked practical items like a cutting board and strainer. There were no basic provided such as salt, pepper, sugar. It is full size kitchen but hard to use due to the lack of these basic items.

Nice but could improve on a couple of things
"Room was overlooking port and was very nice. Shower leaked if door was completely closed. It would have been nice to get complimentary bottled water in the room every day and not just one small bottle between the two of us on the first day only. Hotel irons need updating and would be more useful ..."
