Great stay at The Chedi. Beautiful property on the water. great views and service. The staff was amazing. Mr. Bahaa, Maria and all the restaurant staff. THE STAFF WERE AMAZING, GREAT SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT TEAM WERE VERY EXPERIENCE AND EXTREMELY HOSPITABLE, THEY ALL MADE OUR STAY VERY ENJOYABLE. WE DID HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE HOT WATER BEING CUT DUE TO A PIPE THAT BURST WHICH CAUSED A MAJOR DISTRIBUTION IN THE WATER SUPPLY FOR ALMOST 48 HRS. AS A GESTURE OF GOOD FAITH WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPENSATED FOR THE LACK OF RUNNING WATER FOR THE TWO NIGHTS DURING THE CUT OFF.

The service is exceptional, very quiet, intimate hotel, perfect for couples and honeymoons! I loved the turndown at night! That was six stars. The beds, bedsheets pillows were also of a high standard compared to other 4/5* hotels I have been to. The setting beautiful as well.

Gorgeous Beach Property

We stayed at this property less than one month after they opened and it was wonderful. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The resort was gorgeous. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to relax on / near the beach.

Great hotel choice in El Gouna

Great hotel choice in El Gouna. Beach front rooms are nice, good facilities and reasonable prices. The beach is good and so are the pools. Service is very good, they are very attentive and have small gestures such as cleaning sunglasses and settings towels for you. The town is a short stroll away and offers a good choice of restaurants and bars.

Our stay at The Chedi El Gouna was remarkable. So good, that we decided to extend our stay. The hotel grounds are impeccably maintained. Our room was a Beachfront room practically sitting on the beach sand. The entire staff has one priority: to please their guests! The property has just opened so the staff need more training. The building is an existing one and it was renovated so I think it could've been better. The breakfast area staff was really good, however, the pool and beach staff need intense training. The hotel has very little food choices. I would not stay there again.
