"The hotel has a beautifully decorated lounge area, which aligns with its palatial history. The location is perfect. The room was simple but comfortable, with every essential amenity included: small frigobar, good size bathroom, nice shower, perfect pillows and bed. "The access to the hotel parking is directly opposite the Hotel front door, access is tight but manageable. The Hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel does not have a bar area but you can have a drink in the living room area. I think they should install a small bar with more suitable seating as they have space. "Las Cancelas was a unique rather old fashioned Spanish hotel next to the Cathedral and had updated bathrooms . The room is very spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable.
