"Staff — excellent. Food — very good. Location — amazing. But two minor quibbles. 1. Bar closes at 6 — right when I start thinking about a cocktail. There is a space above the reception that is set up like a bar but was never open the two times we stayed there. 2. Rooms are luxurious but there is no glass in the windows/doors so when it is hot (most of the time in Zihuatanejo) you have all the shutters closed for A/C so no view at all. "Mr. Edison was extra nice, we arrived at 9:00am. Check in was until 3:00pm but he let us to check in at our arrival time at no extra charge, that was awesome. The rest of the staff very nice, pool was excellent very clea. Yes the building is up for touch up, but everything works AC, Lighting, bathroom. We stay 2 night and my family an I left the place more than happy. Definitely recommended. "

"Our stay at Espuma was spectacular. The luxury suite was top notch and a good value for a more upscale experience. Luis was always there to make suggestions for how we spent our time for the local experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. They personally took care of our transportation into Zihuatanejo and the airport rides as we needed them. We were there for a full week and would recommend their hotel to anyone. I will be referring friends. Thanks again!"
