Great view and easy access to the beach. Make sure you have an international adapters for your computer and cell phones. We ended up having to buy 2. The breakfast was tasteless, fruit tasted like it came out of a can and coffee was awful. Food from room service was very good.

The property its self was clean and most of the staff were very friendly. Some of the staff at the grab and go were a little off and one lady served us icecream wearing the same gloves she had just taken the bins out with. The hotel is right under the flight path but flights are only, really in the day time. The beach isn’t a beach. It’s the edge of land covered in rocks with a bag of sand tipped on the edge of the promenade. There is a couple of shops a few mins walk but apart from that the location is far from all the tourist attractions. The tour rep was away when we were there so we spent €180 to get to the volcano and back. Reception staff couldn’t help with trips. Buffet was fine other restaurants were NOT included in all inclusive, neither were some drinks. On the whole we had a nice time. Not sure it was 5* maybe for the Royal level guests it was but as we were just regular we didn’t get the special treatment.

"Lovely hotel, the staff were amazing from reception and bar staff to cleaners and gardeners always polite and had a smile. Very helpful and accompanying. Hotel room was very large with super king bed jacuzzi bath we didn’t use but had glass walls into bedroom, that can be covered with sliding panels. ..."
