We didn't stay in CED due to lock of facilities. No food available, we have to pay 400pesos back and forth to get foods, no cell signal. Poor internet connection in the room. The room is smell bad seems like no one cleaning or occupying for a long period of time. The toilet not flushing. So, we had to decide and paid another hotel to stay so our vacation will not end up with stress. If you could please guide us how we can refund our money back and it would be much appreciated.
