"Accueil très sympathique. Le personnel est très agréable, souriant, disponible, très arrangeant. On nous a même changé notre roue qui avait crevé. Chambre spacieuse, fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner copieux et complet. Piscine très appréciée en fin de journée. Très belle plage et bon restaurant à proximité. Tout était parfait et nous y retournerons volontiers."

"Showed up & the head lady kept saying we only paid for 1 person when we had confirmation for 2. Tried to more money out of us when we already paid for the room. The pictures online was why we got the place. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! They had 2 queen bed pushed together with sheets that had stains all on them. No blankets, no AC. We had to ask to have the AC unit to be turned on & they said we had to pay more if we wanted AC!!!! Knowing it’s beyond hot at 8 pm. Room didn’t look like it had been used...

"Hotel is well maintained. Rooms are so small that there is no room for your luggage or chair to sit in. They post that the room will sleep four. No way. These are full size beds because two queen size beds would leave even less room. They gave us two rooms overlooking the busy road all the while we were the only guest. The motorcycles without mufflers were the worst. Why they chose to not but us in quieter rooms that were available is reason enough for me to not recommend staying here."

"Property was great, right on the beach. Ocotal beach is amazing if you are looking for a quieter place to relax and enjoy the ocean. Loved having a balcony that faced the ocean as we spent every night relaxing there. A/C was great to have. Convenient to have a great restaurant right there, Father Roosters right on the beach. Have to go into Coco to shop, get supplies but close enough, cab ride was $10. Next time I would rent a golf cart or ATV for quick rides into town if I didn't rent a...
