"Place is as advertised. About a football field’s distance from a quiet beach (Playa Ocotal) with wonderful, warm water and lovely views. Villa is as described. All amenities necessary were provided, including plenty of towels, beach chairs, and plenty of kitchenware to cook just about anything. The pool at the villa was quiet and the other individuals that were onsite were lovely people, so there was no reason to leave the gates to go to the other pools.
