Nice, clean, cold AC and makings for coffee.
We enjoyed our stay. The unit had everything we desired. Jannette was super responsive to questions. If you plan on heating anything in addition to using the microwave, you will need to bring your own pans or tray. No metal cookware provided.

Cleaning procedure
Bathtub was NOT sanitize, had hair in it and on floor/ baseboards.bathmat in tub had slime and stained ,never been moved to properly sanitize.( I cleaned it) Very little water comes out of Cold side on bathroom sink.Carpet needs vacuumed ( found glass in Mstr.bedroom) ( Couch in front room had beer caps and trash under seat cushions. New seat cushions to dining room, are NOT screwed to chairs. A/C may need filter or Maintenance(New Batteries ) T.V. Remote. (No problem i installed) I Will be staying Again. Thx.

Quick trip
Property was great for the price. Parking is on the street. The listing stated washer and dryer but there was none. Everything else was awesome and the place is very clean.
