Fantastic resort. We went with three families for a combined total of six adults and eight kids ranging from 6 to 13. The water is super calm and the beach has nice white sand. The staff are all super friendly and attentive. Lots of people who have time shares for like 30 years. Not a lot of places to eat but the food is great and we never got sick of it. You can swim in the pool until 10pm and the swim up bar is open until 930. Great time. The resort essentially shuts down at 10pm. I thought that would be a problem for night time entertainment but it wasn't an issue. The rooms are large enough that we could comfortably fit all three families into one and hang out. Room service is 24 hours so that's nice. You also get access to the Royal Sands so if you want the busier resort vibe for a day or two you can just shuttle there for free. Carlos, our concierge was fantastic. Went above and beyond. Honestly, it was a fantastic resort. Oh. One interesting thing is there were no mobs of birds. Resorts literally next door had birds all over stealing food and being annoying. Not this one. It was nice.

The resort was just as it was presented. Excellent experience, no surprises. Will definitely go back!

Great beach bar and amazing staff! Best deal in Tulum for the experience and closeness to the fun and shopping. Will stay again and again!

Liked: It was beautiful and safe. The pools were a great temperature, super clean, and had easy access to drinks, water, showers and towels. The breakfasts/brunches were fantastic. The birds, coati, racoons, and iguana were very friendly. Housekeeping staff and shuttle drivers on the property were fantastic. It was walkable or shuttleable to all of the palledium group hotels. Didn't like: It was far from the airport and the shuttle there was expensive (extra $200 USD). They basically force you to meet with a person to go over upgrades and vip buy in options that feels very pressured and takes a lot of time. The daily schedule is only available thru an app or from a butler and it is not available ahead of time. So, you get activities on the day they happen, but some start at 8am but the schedule doesn't post until 9am ish. There were some gaps in the times when food was served that were unclear so the "all inclusive" was somewhat inconvenient. Also, you need to make dinner reservations almost everywhere and they are pretty much full by the time you check in so, better to do well before you even get there. Room was damp and musty smelling, but not so bad with the air conditioner on.
