"Arvum isn't just a hotel it feels like home. Felipe and his mother were amazing hosts. The rooms are well put together and have a great view of el penon. The restaurant at the hotel is delicious and fresh as the food is grown on the property. If you are looking to relax outside of the main city, Arvum is your spot. Felipe will coordinate taxis and other experiences in Guatape. I couldn't recommend this place more and cannot wait to visit again. "

"If you want to get away from routine and relax, this is the place. I would highly recommend it. The staff were excellent, the food 10/10, the view is just peaceful. I recommend staying two nights and make sure you get a massage and try their hamburgers. "

"Let me start by saying that the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately this hotel itself is really not worth it's price. The rooms are so so so badly sound-proofed (I could see the outside of my room from the door frame), I could hear any little noise next door and the balcony is not fully separated from the other ones.... There is no free water in the room and you cannot drink the tap water. They charge you for literally everything. A room service is 10,000COP which is non-sense...
