"I go to el embajador a lot for business and i love this hotel. It’s so clean, beautiful inside, everyone is friendly but only thing i don’t like is that while trying to unwind at the bar they put no music at all. I’m not talking about loud music just a low music on the background just to unwind and a lot of the guests feel the same. But i love this hotel. "

"As a women traveling alone- I looked for a hotel that offered valet parking. In my ignorance, I wasn’t aware that it wasn’t available at all hours. I had to park my car in the garage at 2am alone- which defeated the purpose of the valet parking. Other than that slight inconvenience everything else was amazing! I will definitely return."

"This is right in the center of Zona Colonial. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My favorite part is that the rooms have a bathroom with a door that closes (believe it or not this was an issue at another hotel, which was more modern). The only note I could give is that I ordered red wine once at the bar and they for some reason store red wine in the refrigerator. I think that's weird, but again - not the end of the world. Thank you for an amazing home away from home. "

"What a great experience staying at Aloft! This was a not a lucky week for us and we ran in to several issues. At every step of the way, the staff was fantastic - even though the situations were personally difficult. They were kind, supportive, patient and just had GREAT attitudes. They were always willing to go above and beyond! Two employees were absolutely the best - Jacinto and Naraye. These 2 employees made us feel at home. We were so grateful to have them in our lives at this time!"
