Check in was great. The room was nice and clean. I liked that the bottled water was free and not an extra charge. This hotel was so close to the Shrine that we were able to walk to attend the concert.
I did want to point out that maybe you should look into the laundry detergent that you use for the linens. My husband and I started itching as soon as we tried to go to sleep. We put on lotion and then we ended up taking allergy medicines.

The suite we stayed in was awesome fantastic but everything in that hotel was so overpriced. It was so expensive to stay there to eat or drink there. Other than that, it was a gorgeous property but very very expensive $24 for a well drink

"The hotel in general was great the staff were very accommodating. The only thing I would change is that they took more care when cleaning the rooms, the bathroom smelt of urine. But the rest was ok. The coffee in the room did not have milk, a suggestion would be to add milk and tea for those that ..."
