For example, the owner doesn't disclose that this place lacks proper restrooms, and that it's next to one of the most polluted areas in Colombia -because of the brick's industries next to the property that pollute the air all day and night :(
On top of that, the owner double-booked our room and we ended-up with no hotel."
"The apartment was not well cleaned because of its high volume of previous use and was poorly maintained. We helped the owner out by staying home for two half days for the WiFi technician to come by and conduct repairs, once the repair's were done the WiFi signal was very poor at best with frequent disconnects.. "Property and house was excellent. Wanted a place away from the city, that was quiet and would provide the comforts of home. Luis, was an excellent host and put a lot of attention into this beautiful home. Melba was excellent and will accommodate any and all needs, amazing cook. Guardian the dog of the property, is playful and was bringing us company along the property. We enjoyed amazing sunsets with a warm cup of coffee. Overall it was an amazing experience."
