"Good little house if staying for short term. Great central location. Bedrooms comfortable. Kitchen well equiped. Plenty of dining space and large comfortable couch in lounge.Front has quite high steps and parking is beside the old cobble stone gutters found throughout Ballarat, so something to consider if travelling with disabled or elderly. Bathroom shower isn’t very strong at all and whilst ok for our two night stay, would have driven me nuts along with hand basin in the bathroom, which really...

"Upon arrival there was fresh bread and fruit. Lovely touch unexpected. The unit was beautiful, very clean. Very well equipped with everything you could need. The heating system was awesome, kept the unit at a very cosy temperature. Host Mary is very easy to communicate with. "We spent 14 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Jenny was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We were very happy with our little unit and especially enjoyed watching the sunset over the horse paddocks. The close proximity to the rail trail was a bonus. The unit was clean, spacious and had lots of cupboard space. When we are back this way would love to stay again."

"We stayed here as my brother was getting married near by. It is a lovely big house with plenty of room for everyone. There are mulitple TV rooms, so the kids and adults can have their own space. We loved it and would definitely stay again."

"The area is lovely and quiet, and yard was secure for my dog, but overall I was very disappointed in our stay. The stay included the oven, fridge and TV not working or stopping working, and I expected a cleaner house for the cleaning amount included in the price. The property manager was very communicative and responsive."
