The host was very responsive to my messages and catered for my late check-in without any issues (I arrived at 11pm). Contact through WhatsApp was efficient and check-out was very straight forward too. I stayed alone, but this would be suitable for 2 people, anymore and you might feel a bit cramped. "This hotel is really nice. It’s very clean, rooms are large with a kettle, the bed is the comfiest ever, I can get English programs on TV, and it’s easy to walk to many places. Breakfast is excellent. The absolute standout with this hotel is the staff, I’ve never come across a hotel where the staff have been unfailingly helpful, friendly and really go out of their way for you. It’s a pleasure to see their smiling faces every day. I had an accident on the street and the staff helped me so very much. I will always be grateful to them. On top of this, the hotel has a cafe attached and the food is like home cooking, delicious and reasonably priced. Again the staff there are lovely, even the cleaning ladies in this hotel are lovely. I would always come back here."
