The room was in bad shape to begin with and the AC unit started leaking a couple days into my stay. A shelf had fallen off the wall and not put back up, shower curtain falling off the wall, tub was peeling and took a while to drain. The mattress was in bad shape and paint peeling off the ceiling. "
