Desk staff was very rude the night of check in, Aug 6. She ignored us when we entered, then made no eye contact while checking us in, then huffed when I asked for clarification on directions to our room. Never once looked up from her computer. Not a great start to our stay. Thankfully the hotel was very clean and modern, bed was comfy but could use an extra blanket or pillows in the room. Close proximity to Kia Forum so was a quick Uber to our event.

"The hotel is lovely. However, the location is extremely remote — it is not “minutes from everything” as they describe on their website. There is no car service or restaurants, or humans near by.
