"There are obvious signs of neglect, like the signs by the elevators that say fitness center on level M except on level M where the signs say fitness is in level 11. That took me twenty minutes to figure out. They are on level M, lol."

"The bed sheets and bathroom were pretty clean. Carpet in rooms are gross and property outdated. For the price it was good. The staff was great! Breakfast was same everyday but not terrible"

"Great place to stay. Very handy for walking to the Mayo Clinic. Also very clean. Although we only stayed one night, it would be especially nice for longer stays as it really is a small apartment."
