Beautiful, pastoral, quiet / private location. We enjoyed visiting the sheep and goats located in pens near the farm house and feeding them some treats. While the location is somewhat remote (long driveway), this adds to the charm and once one gets to the nearby Route 9, it is a relatively short and easy drive to area stores, attractions...

The house was clean, smelled amazing, the beds were comfy and the host was simply wonderful! It was like borrowing the house from a friend. "The house and location are gorgeous. The bedrooms are all nice but the two ocean facing rooms are fantastic. They are huge, all windows, and well appointed. Although there is no direct access to the beach, the walk down the hill is short and well worth it. The beach is lovely and has incredible sunrise views. I would have booked again for next year if there was availability!"

"The house was very clean as promised. It has great potential if owners would update the furnishings of the house. While the furniture was very clean it was mostly worn out. Definitely not up to par with other properties we have stayed in associated with VRBO. The outside has got to be cleaned up. Abandoned swimming pool with tall brush growing up around it and what’s up with the junked Bass boat in the back yard. If I was a neighbor I would contact local government agency to get this yard...

"What a great space! There was plenty of room to spend time together or apart and the decor is charming. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for our stay with the family dog. We faced some issues with the a/c and management was super responsive. Portable units were delivered right away to keep us comfortable and the next day the issue was fixed. Communication was constant and clear. Great service! The house is right on Post road so there is some traffic noise but it was not tood bad and calmed in...

"The location on the beach was exactly what we wished for. Very clean. Bedrooms and baths were what we needed. Only drawback was parking was difficult. Two cars were being shuffled to get in and out of the tight space. "

"The photo you show of the building is premature. That building is to be built this fall. We stayed in the older duplex that is to be replaced. Hopefully, new build will be well maintained, furnished, and cleaned properly prior to guests arrival. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Forbes Restaurant and the Arcade.
